We got to know each other very well & were in the concentration camps & then the hospital together at Bescancon. We were liberated because of our health and age about the same time & went back to Biarritz. She was much weakened by all this & got a bad attack of angina & died about a month ago. She was only ill for three days but she suffered very severely. She looked serene & lovely after her death & she was buried at the cemetery at Biarritz..."
